Well-being Of The Body In Its Activity

Relax is a great way to feel good and can go through various elements: enjoy the sun, take a nap or just sleep.

But a good balance and good health also go through a little physical exercise. The available choices to you in this regard are multiple: Oriental gymnastics, Antigymnastique...


If well-being passes through a health food and regular sleep, it must not lose sight of the importance that is the practice of regular physical activity.

It passes through the sport, but not always. Gardening, vacuuming, doing the windows are physical activities. Those engaged in sedentary occupations should bring enough physical activity in their leisure time in order to compensate for this lack, and thus stay healthy.

When physical activity is practiced, we will release endorphins (secreted by the pituitary and hypothalamus).

However, these pleasure hormones are effective in removing accumulated tension and stress and helps you feel more calm and relaxed:

=> sport, whatever its form, helps eliminate what has accumulated in the body by all adrenaline not evacuated;

=> it is good for our mental health, as our physical well-being, evacuate the stress regularly before it accumulates in the body and triggers psychosomatic diseases (ulcers, headaches, insomnia, depression...).
