Using Facebook Integration to Grow Your Aweber List and Make More Money

According to a recent Yahoo Finance article, Facebook has over one billion people using the site every month. That’s a lot of people and a great place to network and find people in your niche, etc. Even if you’re not a fan of Facebook you can see that integrating it with Aweber can be a great way to make more money.

Before we start talking about integrating Aweber and Facebook, it might be a good idea to use Facebook to find out who is really interested in you and your business. The easiest way to do this by making some status updates about your newsletter and see who signs up. You can also purchase sidebar advertisements very inexpensively to test responses to different offers.

Okay, let’s move on and talk about three different ways you can integrate Facebook with Aweber and make more money.

1. Autoshare – this is by far the quickest and easiest way to integrate Facebook into your email marketing. You do this right in Aweber and it’s as simple as checking ‘enable social media’ when you set up a new newsletter in your Aweber account. When you set up social media sharing you can add your Facebook account and then Aweber will automatically post any new emails you send out to your timeline.

The reason this is a good idea is because you want to continually be building your list. As mentioned above, there are so many people on Facebook that you should be networking with new people all the time. If you’re automatically posting newsletters to your Facebook page the new people will see those and be encouraged to sign up if the content interests them.

2. Adding a Web Form to Facebook – another way you can integrate Facebook and Aweber is by adding a web form from Aweber directly to your page. Even if you choose to use autoshare,  it’s still a good idea to do this, too. What’s going to happen is that it’s actually going to add a special tab to your page where the form will be so people can sign up right there. Giving people the option to sign up for your newsletter right on your page makes it easier for them and they’re more than likely to do it because they don’t have to click here or click there and do this and do that – it’s all right there with easy access.

3. Facebook Connect – this option is a bit different than the two mentioned above in that this is done on your own website with an app, not on your Facebook page or within Aweber. Using this app (Facebook Connect) once again makes signing up for your newsletter easy for people. And let’s face it, with today’s short attention spans, you want to make things easy and fast! This app  automatically fills in a reader’s name and email if he or she is logged in to Facebook. All they have to do is click the “submit” button.

These three ways to integrate Facebook with Aweber will help you make more money in the long run because you’re building your list and that’s how you not only connect and show your expertise to your subscribers, but it’s how you make sales on affiliate products or your own products and services.
